Refund policy

Given the unique nature of the products offered on feedingsolutions.ca, we accept returns only for non-foods and non-supplement items such as tableware and oral motor therapy tools. If you wish to return one of these eligible items, please note the following conditions:

  1. The item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
  2. The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase.

Please be aware that the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return. We do not offer return labels at this time.

However, if you happen to receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately and provide all the necessary information, including relevant photos. We will make every effort to assist you in resolving the issue to your satisfaction.
